Partners can claim points directly to UPI or bank account with instant transfer. They can also redeem for Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra gift card vouchers that are dispatched instantly with voucher code, PIN, and expiry date. Physical rewards catalogue with electronics and home appliances is also available. One point equals one rupee across all programmes. 194R TDS is deducted at 10% for valid PAN or 20% for invalid PAN.

The platform includes leaderboards at state, region, and all-India level. Spin the wheel and scratch cards offer surprise rewards. Tier progress bars track Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels with configurable quarterly sales slabs. Upper limits can be set so businesses control maximum quarterly earnings. Push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and SMS keep partners motivated with birthday wishes, point balance reminders, and target nudges.

Yes. When a partner submits an invoice-based purchase, it goes for Level 1 approval to the retailer. The retailer logs into their app, reviews the invoice image and details, and approves or rejects. Then Level 2 approval happens by the sales team. Point credit happens only for finally approved purchases. Approvals are configurable — if the client does not want approvals, direct point credit can also be enabled.

Yes. Different schemes and campaigns can be configured per region, partner type, and segment. If a person of South region logs in, they see only creatives specific to their region and not the other region. Communication happens through carousel banners, pop-up creatives, and targeted campaign notifications from the backend. WhatsApp, SMS, email, and push notifications are all supported.

The admin portal provides dashboards with member growth year on year, active vs inactive partners, and never-active tracking. Detailed reports in Excel format contain all enrollment, transaction, and redemption data. The platform tracks point allocation, redemption, current liability, and partner engagement across Building Materials, Paints & Chemicals, Electrical & Lighting, Hardware & Sanitaryware, and Furniture & Home Decor businesses in India.
