A learning management system (LMS) is an AI-powered platform that manages the complete training lifecycle for Logistics, Field Service Management, Facility Management, Supply Chain, and Last-Mile Delivery enterprises. It provides three interfaces: an admin portal for managing users, modules, sessions, and analytics, a trainer mobile app for conducting sessions and marking attendance, and an employee mobile app for accessing training content, quizzes, and certifications. The system supports structured learning with categories, modules, levels, and configurable promotion criteria.

The platform supports four session types. Classroom sessions are instructor-led, on-site training where employees attend a designated venue and mark attendance by capturing a photo. Virtual sessions integrate with Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom where the admin pastes the meeting link and employees mark attendance before joining. In-store sessions have trainers visiting outlets to provide physical training with geo-tagged attendance and trainee photos. E-learning sessions are self-paced digital content with PDF, image, and YouTube video decks with configurable minimum viewing time for completion.

The admin creates levels from Level 0 upward with configurable promotion criteria. Three pre-defined criteria determine promotion: certificates received (in percentage), tenure (in days), and average productivity units. When an employee completes all three criteria for their current level, they automatically unlock the next level with new modules and sessions. For example, Level 0 employees see only Level 0 modules. Once they meet all criteria, they progress to Level 1 and gain access to Level 1 content. This creates a clear, motivating learning path for logistics field teams.

Two quiz types are available. Standard quizzes present questions with 4 options each, and marks are given after completing the entire quiz. Gamified quizzes display image-based questions with interactive popup options for a more engaging experience. The admin configures passing percentage, negative marking (yes/no), maximum attempts, time limits, and completion timeframe. Quizzes can be assigned to individual employees by name, bulk uploaded via Excel, or assigned by employee level. Badges and certificates are automatically issued upon completion.

The admin creates training categories as high-level classifications such as Behavioural Skills, Product Skills, and Selling Skills. Under each category, modules are created as specific training topics. For example, a "Gaming Notebook" module under the "Product Skill" category. During module creation, the admin selects which level the module belongs to, ensuring only employees at that level can access it. Sessions are then created within modules with one of the four session types. This hierarchical structure (category, module, session) keeps enterprise training organized and scalable.

The e-learning deck supports multiple content formats including PDF documents, images (JPG, PNG), YouTube video links (embedded), and PowerPoint presentations. Additional formats can be added based on business requirements. The admin can configure completion criteria for e-learning sessions. For example, an employee must keep a PDF open for at least 30 seconds for the session to be marked as completed and attendance recorded as present. This ensures meaningful engagement with training content across Field Services, Last-Mile, and logistics field teams.

Trainers use a dedicated mobile app (same app with role-based login) to manage their training responsibilities. The trainer dashboard shows today's sessions, total assigned employees, this week's sessions, and pending attendance. For in-store sessions, trainers visit outlets, capture trainee photos with geo-tagged location data, and submit attendance with timestamp evidence. Trainers can view sessions scheduled for today, completed yesterday, and conducted over the past month. The trainer profile tracks sessions conducted, certificates earned, badges, and day streak for logistics enterprises.

The analytics dashboard provides level-wise analysis with employee count, completion rate, average tenure, and promotion readiness. Module performance metrics show enrolled vs completed numbers, completion rate, and average days to complete. Quiz analytics track attempts, pass rate, average score, and average attempts to pass. Trainer performance reports show sessions conducted, students taught, average attendance, and certificates issued. Employee progress tracking includes module completion, achievements (certificates, badges, attendance), and promotion status across Logistics, Field Services, and Facility Management operations.

The admin portal manages three user types: Admin, Trainer, and Employee (customizable per organization). Users can be added individually with email, full name, mobile number, employee code, user type, and current level. Bulk upload via Excel is supported for large teams. Export options include CSV and Excel formats. The admin can update, deactivate, or remove users as needed. Role-based access ensures trainers see only their training screens and employees see only their learning content. The same mobile app serves both trainers and employees with different functionality based on login credentials.
