The platform supports configurable workflows with conditions, real-time triggers, loops, and notifications via email, WhatsApp, and push messages. Multi-level approval workflows support up to 7 levels deep with role-based or hierarchy-based assignment. For example, order placement approval, credit limit exception approval, and return processing can all be configured. Versioning allows modifications to be published as new versions without impacting live configurations. By default, no approvals exist until workflows are configured, keeping the system flexible for Cosmetics businesses.

GRN (Goods Receipt Note) manages incoming stock receipts for distributors and super stockists. Users define ordered quantity, received quantity, and receiving warehouse.
